If you have been in the midst of a season defined by burnout, exhaustion, overbooked schedules, and moving through your days in a fog, this event is for you!
What you can expect:
– An opening devotion to connect with God and start the day off in communion with Him
– A down-to-earth chat about the body’s nervous system function and God’s unique creation and intention for “rest”
– An introduction to a simple approach to eating a balanced diet so you can ditch calorie counting and break free from the scale
– Practical movement tips to reconnect to your breath and activate the body’s natural healing abilities
– A new form of fitness (accessible to all ages and levels of mobility) that acts as a form of worship and allows you to connect with God through movement
– Lunch provided by Cafe Botanica
What you should bring:
–Cozy clothes that allow you to move comfortably
–A water bottle and/or your favorite beverage to sip on
–A yoga mat or beach towel
–A friend!

is a holistic pelvic floor physical therapist based in Lincoln, Nebraska.
